Our monthly IT Support agreements
are designed to be flexible so that they fit perfectly with your
individual IT support requirements.
Unlike other support companies,
we do not ask for payments quarterly or yearly in advance, you only
pay for the IT support services that you received in the proceeding
month.
No matter what your budget is, City Systems have an IT support
agreement that will work for you.
Priority Support & Maintenance Agreement (PSMA)
PSMA provides you with our highest
level of priority service. This agreement provides IT systems
maintenance and support designed for companies with 5 or more users,
comprising of several elements, all designed to
help your business achieve more.
System
audit and review at the start of your agreement.
Ongoing
management through regular visits, supported by on-site maintenance.
Fast
support with a guaranteed 15 minutes response time for critical
problems.
Savings
in hardware, software and licensing costs.
Priority Helpdesk Support (PHDS)
This is a remote helpdesk service. Every
PHDS client receives full remote and telephone support to all
desktops, notebooks and servers. Whilst onsite visits are not
covered by this agreement, we will provide emergency onsite
technical support when required, at a discounted fee for clients
under this agreement.

Priority Helpdesk Support + Health Checks (PHDS+)
All support services above are
included in this service option, in addition we perform routine
health checks on your servers.
Pre-Paid Support (PPS)
You can purchase prepaid packages of hours
which give you full
access to rapid response support, as and when you need it.
Pay-as-you-go Support
Pay-as-you-go support is ideal for companies with small
IT support requirements. City Systems is happy to provide IT support
on an informal basis, charged at an hourly rate. Suitable for
Organisation
that have some IT skill in house and only need occasional help.
One
off jobs, like virus attack or urgent server support.
Companies
where IT is important but not critical to their business.
